Delivery
Yes, we ship all over the world. Delivery costs will vary depending on the weight and custom charges of the goods you wish to purchase. It’s best to send us a message with what items you’re looking at and where you are to, hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk and we’ll get back to you asap with delivery options.
As the buyer, you are solely responsible for any VAT, custom, duty, taxes, handling fees, customer clearance charges, or any other fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities for the importation of consumer goods.
Don’t panic, we send everything in a discreet, unbranded package, so no-one will know what is in the package.
We provide standard and speedy delivery options.
Standard delivery for UK mainland - £3.45 or free on orders over £99. Delivery for most standard orders within 3 – 5 working days but is often quicker.
Please note – this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Next working day delivery for UK mainland - £9.50. Orders must be placed by 1:30pm, Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed on a Friday morning on a next working day service will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with our free delivery over £99 offer.

Returns and exchanges
Yes, of course – we offer a 30-day return policy for you to return your order for an exchange. Under the terms of our returns policy, we request items are new, unworn and tags are intact. Once your return is back with us, your exchange will be processed within 5 working days – providing it is in stock.
We want you to buy with confidence knowing that you can return your items if they are not quite right. We provide 30 days for non-sale items, and 14 days, for sale items for products you aren’t totally satisfied with.

Under the terms and conditions in our returns policy, we ask that an item be returned with all tags intact. If tags have been removed, we may not be able to accept your return as it doesn’t meet the required standards.

Once your order is back with us, we aim to process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.
The money will go back into the original payment used on your order.
You will receive a refund from Klarna within 10 working days for all payments you’ve already made.
Absolutely! Your return will be treated the same regardless of whether you’ve purchased using a gift card, or combination of gift card and payment card.
If you paid in full with a gift card, the refund will be credited to a new e-gift card and sent to you via email.
If you paid with a combination of both, we’ll refund you with a new e-gift card first and the remaining amount will be credited to the payment card used.
