OVERVIEW
These terms and conditions apply to the use of On The Peg Clothing website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to On The Peg Pursuits LTD, trading under On The Peg Clothing, offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to the website.

YOUR ORDER
Orders and contract
By placing an order for goods, it is accepted that you enter into a contract with On The Peg Clothing. The contract is established only when the goods you have ordered are dispatched and not before. The contract is not formed at the point of payment of upon receiving an email acknowledging your order. Until the goods are dispatched, On The Peg Clothing reserves the right to accept or cancel your order, or you may cancel the goods.
Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to order, once you have received your email confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. For more information, speak our team at hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk.
Upon formation of the contact, goods will remain property of On The Peg Clothing until full payment has been received. Purchases from On The Peg Clothing will be charged the day the goods are purchased.
Cancelling your order
Under Consumer Regulations you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. This is sometimes called a ‘cooling off period’. The products returned to us must be in a new and unworn condition and with original tags intact.
Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items made or customised to your order, (such as personalised goods), toiletries and cosmetics where the seal has been broken, or pierced jewellery items. You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by email hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk or call 0333 050 3973 within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods.
If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method at your own cost. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See Returns for details of how to return goods to us.
We are unable to accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns, and we cannot send them back to you. Therefore, it is crucial that you carefully inspect the items you wish to return to us. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be held responsible for paying for the original item purchased. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an investigation fee of no less than £35 to cover the costs associated with investigating the situation. This investigation fee may be deducted from any refund amounts that may be due to you. It is important to understand that accepting returned goods does not waive our right to charge an investigation fee.
You will lose your right to cancel if you:
- Unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Combine goods with other goods after delivery so they become inseparable

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery charges and options
Standard delivery for UK mainland, using Royal Mail - £4.95 or free on orders over £99.
Delivery for most standard orders within 3 – 5 working days but is often quicker. Please note – this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
Next working day delivery for UK mainland - £12.75.
Orders must be placed by 1:30pm, Monday to Thursday only. Orders placed on a Friday morning on a next working day service will be delivered the following Monday, orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with our free delivery over £99 offer. Please note – this excludes Bank Holidays.
Standard delivery for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man - £7.
Delivery for most standard orders within 3 – 5 working days. Please note – this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
UK Mainland orders
UK mainland orders received before 4:00pm on Monday to Friday, wherever possible, will be processed and dispatched the same day. Please note – this excludes Bank Holidays.
Worldwide
Standard delivery can take up to 12 working days and prices will vary depending on the goods required. To place an order, contact our team at hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk or call us on 0333 050 3973.
As the buyer, you are solely responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or any other fees imposed by your country's customs authorities for the importation of consumer goods. We do not collect these charges in advance, and we are unable to provide an estimate of the cost, as charges vary across different regions.
As an international consumer, it is important for you to conduct thorough research to ensure that you are aware of and prepared for any potential surprise charges when clearing your package through customs. Familiarise yourself with the customs regulations and have an understanding of the additional costs that may apply. If you are unsure about customs fees and charges, we recommend contacting your local postal or customs office for accurate and detailed information.
It is your complete responsibility to verify the customs duties, charges, and procedures specific to your country before placing your order. In the event that customs fees and charges are refused or unpaid upon delivery, your order will be returned, and you will not be eligible for a refund of the shipment costs incurred.
Liability
On The Peg Clothing does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received your goods, you will assume all risks in the goods.
Free delivery offers
Free delivery offers are subject to availably and are NOT applicable to gift cards/e-gift cards, personalised gifts or next day delivery. Free delivery and other offer codes remain the property of On The Peg Clothing, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may return items that are in a new and unworn condition and with original tags intact, if tags have been removed, we may be unable to process a refund. If you wish to cancel/return/exchange your item, you have 30 days for non-sale items and 14 days for sale items to return the items (dates begin on the day you receive your goods). Contact us at hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk for information on how to return your item.
We aim to process a refund or exchange within 5 working days from the date your item arrives with us. The money will go back onto the original payment method used.
All items are returned at your own risk, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method at your own cost. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. Returning a faulty item
If a product develops a faulty within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk and we’ll exchange or refund you. After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
SALE EVENTS
- All sale items are subject to availability
- Next day delivery is not available for some sale orders
- The following items are not included in the sale unless otherwise stated: gift cards, personalised items or items made to your order
GIFT CARDS, E-GIFT CARD, GIFT VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
You can redeem On The Peg Clothing gift card or e-gift card on our website. The following exclusions apply to use of our gift card and e-gift card: gift cards, e-gift cards. Other exclusions may apply.
- Please protect your card and treat it as cash; we cannot replace lost, stolen or damaged cards
- Gift cards and e-gift cards are valid for a year from purchase
- Gift cards and e-cards can be purchased on our website with a minimum, value of £5.00. Gift cards and e-gift cards have a maximum value of £500
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on gift cards of e-gift cards
- If you are using a gift card or e-gift card and the total value is less of the voucher, then any leftover credit will be lost and cannot be redeemed against future orders
- If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the gift card or e-gift card, the difference will need to be made up by the purchaser
- If you return an item brought using a gift card or e-gift card, usually we’ll refund the amount to a e-gift card. This does not affect your statutory rights
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept a gift card or e-gift card which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud
- We reserve the right to amend the gift card and e gift card terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so
PAYMENTS
We accept payment by debit card, credit card and PayPal.
We will charge the card you have chosen to pay for your order once you reach the final billing page and submit your order at checkout.
GIVEAWAY/COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
From time to time On The Peg Clothing will run promotions across our social media channels. The below rules apply to all prize promotions including giveaways, competitions and prize draws. These may also be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.
Eligibility: Unless otherwise specified, our competitions are open to individuals aged 18 or over.
Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
International Entries: Participants residing outside of the UK may enter our competitions, but we will only cover reasonable delivery costs for prizes.
Free Entry: Our competitions are free to enter, and no purchase is necessary (except for participants residing outside of the UK, as per condition 3, International Entries).
Entry Method: To enter the competition, follow the entry details provided within the competition text.
Submission Deadline: Entries received after the stated closing date, as indicated on the voucher, will not be accepted.
Entry Responsibility: We are not responsible for incomplete, lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical faults or any other reason.
Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen by a random computer draw promptly after the competition closing date.
Prize Details: The winner will receive prize(s) corresponding to the competition, as outlined. However, we reserve the right to substitute any prize(s) with alternative prize(s) of equal or higher value if circumstances require it. The winner will be notified accordingly.
Non-Exchangeable Prizes: The prize(s) awarded to the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified using the contact details provided during entry and must provide a postal address to claim the prize(s). If the winner fails to respond within 7 days, the prize(s) will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.
Prize Delivery: We will send the prize(s) to the winner as soon as possible after receiving a response confirming the delivery address. Delivery times may vary depending on the specific prize(s) and factors beyond our control.
Decision Finality: Our decision on any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winner Announcement: To comply with obligations, we may publish or make available the surname and county of the winner, along with their winning entry. If you object to this disclosure, please contact us. We must provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
Compliance and Amendments: By entering, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse entry, withhold prizes, or cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary.
Personal Data: Any personal data collected during the competition will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available on our website.
PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Price changes: Prices for our products may change without prior notice. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, but please be aware that prices are subject to change.
Product modification or discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue goods at any time and without notice. This may include changes to features, functionality, or availability of the goods.
Liability: We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of goods. While we aim to provide uninterrupted and reliable service, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments to goods without prior notice.
Colour accuracy: We have taken great care to ensure the colours and images of our products displayed online are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour representation on your screen.

WEBSITE UPDATE
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time, but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
PROMOTIONS
- All promotions and offers given to you by On The Peg Pursuits LTD are valid for use on our website and are subject to stock availability
- Promotions and discounts are not applicable to sale items. Any offers may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of On The Peg Pursuits LTD
- Where items are added to an order as part of a promotion, the item is discounted to no value, but the amount for this promotional item will be removed from the original qualifying purchase if this is not returned when a refund is requested
- The value of the promotional item will be details on the email-confirmation and at the time of purchase
- Any promotional items will, unless stated otherwise, have to be added or requested at the time of purchase or when adding qualifying items to the basket
- Where the item included as part of the free promotion is labelled as free gift wrapping, this will have to be requested when adding the qualifying items to the basket, or at the time of purchase
- No alternative can be provided, and the value will not be removed from returned items
- When the order is placed, no guarantee can be made that any offer to buy a product can be changed to include the free gift wrapping
- Qualifying items shall be detailed and are subject to stock availability
- Not all items can be gift wrapped and those which cannot be gift wrapped will not form part of the promotion
- If you happen to miss a promotional offer, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be able to provide compensation by sending the item separately at a later time
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
