Refund policy
We want you to be delighted with your pieces!
We want to ensure you are delighted with your items and understand that sometimes you might purchase something that looks perfect in the pictures, but when you try it on, it doesn't work with your body shape or the rest of your outfit. We try to prevent this happening by putting as much information on each item as possible, but sometimes this may not be enough to check if the length is exactly how you want it, or if the colour match is perfect. We offer a transparent returns policy if the garment is ‘just not for you’. Meaning you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with your items in any way, we’ll refund or exchange it providing it is returned new, is unworn and with original tags intact.
How long do I have to return my order?
Standard Returns policy
If you wish to return your item, you have 30 days for non-sale items and 14 days for sale items to return the items (dates begin on the day you receive your goods). Contact us at hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk for information on how to return your item. We can also offer a replacement (where we have stock), just let our team know which you’d prefer.
All items are returned at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to parcels during transit, recommend that you use recorded delivery and insure adequately at your own cost. Exchanged orders may incur an additional postage cost, speak to us for more information hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk.
Please note that if any items are not returned in the condition they were sent to you, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.
Refunds
We aim to process a refund or exchange within 5 working days from the date your item arrives with us. The money will go back onto the original payment method used.
Returning a faulty item
If a product develops a faulty within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk and we’ll exchange or refund you. After 30 days, we’ll try to repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event that the item you have received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us on hello@onthepegclothing.co.uk as soon as possible and we will resolve this for you.
